Delivery times

Each one of our products is handmade and unique, therefore it has a delivery time of 5-10 business days.

Shipping

• Orders placed before 2:00pm CTS will be processed the same day. Any order placed after that time will be processed next business day.
• Shipping inside Mexico has a cost of $150 mxn. Shipping outside of Mexico has a cost of $60usd. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.

Exchange and returns

Item returns:

• If for any reason you want to return your product, this must be done within 3 business days after the delivery. for a return, send a mail to contacto@danielavilla.com indicating the reason for the return. A pre-paid shipping label will be supplied for you.
• All discounted items are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned.

Item exchange:

• You have 15 calendar days to request an item exchange by notifying contacto@danielavilla.com. A pre-paid shipping label will be supplied for you.
• Items may only be returned in the same condition in wcich they were delivered.
• All discounted items are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned.
